How it works 

Interviewing at Kellogg is a simple, three-step process:

1. Request your interview dates 

Begin scheduling in April. We'll help you coordinate dates that align with your timeline and preferences.

2. Submit your job description

Once your interview date is confirmed, you’ll provide a job description to help students prepare and evaluate the opportunity.

3. Review resumes and confirm interview slots

After students express interest, you’ll select candidates and we’ll handle the scheduling— from invitations to interview times.
